Each search is subject to different circumstances,
and therefore terms and conditions are established for each
search individually.
Fees are typically fixed to allow the
client to budget for and control their costs associated with
the hire.
Most search expenses are included in
the fee. Examples of expenses not included are:
- Travel Expenses for the candidate or consultant, to include
airfare, car rental or mileage (per IRS standards), parking,
taxi, meals, conference room rental.
- Videoconferencing
Any and all expenses over and above the
professional fee will be incurred only with the prior specific
approval of the client.
