| Frank handles
all client communication, search strategy and execution.
He has extensive experience at the CEO, President, COO
and CFO levels as well as with functional heads in Sales,
Marketing, Product Development Operations, Supply Chain,
Finance and Information Systems. Frank has successfully
completed assignments for apparel, footwear and equipment
manufacturers and retailers in wintersports, cycling,
surf, outdoor and related lifestyle industry segments.
Prior to founding The Whiting Group, Frank spent 5 years
at Chicago-based search firm Cook Associates, one of the
largest specialized recruiting and mergers & acquisitions
firms in the United States, where his practice was a top-5
practice every year and was Cook Associates' #1 practice
area his last year there. Before joining Cook Associates,
Frank spent 15 years with leading consumer products companies
in sales and general management capacities. |
